I ordered five Genie Bras in different colors but mostly wanted the black. The colored bras came but no black. Was shipped separately. Great product love it, but if something goes wrong don’t waste your time and send it in to be fixed even though its under warranty because they will take forever to get it back to you. I am now over 3 weeks waiting for my lid to be replaced and still no lid, they even say it was not received even thought my tracking number shows it was. Still waiting for a DVD that I can look at. Was promised a new one and up to now I have not seen one. When I recieved the Kiyoseki Pro, I used it and realized that it didn't straighten my hair any better than my forty dollar iron. I then sent it back within four days. I know they recieved it by now but they just debted my checking account and I have no way to get a hold of them now. I can't access their number from the internet.
